We could sit here until we turn blue in the face talking about how much we crave change
How much we deserve change
How much we want to change our minds
Change our bodies
Change our relationships
Change our career
Change our family dynamic
Change literally everything about life...
BUT
If we don't get up and do something about it,
We truly will be wasting our time and our breath.
I don't want that for you because I wouldn't want that for myself.
Change is two simple steps that require MASSIVE amounts of dedication.
1. Changing your mindset
You change your mindset by confronting what got you here.
What traumas did you experience? What programming did you have passed down to you? What experiences did you go through?
You change your mindset by talking about the shit that is inside of you and then using healing modalities like meditation, emotional freedom technique, breathwork and journaling to process it AND to rewire your subconscious mind.
2. You take different actions.
You see most people get stuck in 1.
They either don't ever talk about the shit that happened to them
OR
They get stuck in the healing modalities but they don't support the shift that is happening inside of them by changing their lifestyle.
It truly is a dance between 1 and 2.
The steps are simple, but when it comes to showing up, we find resistance.
So I have a challenge for you.
(of course, because I'm all about making shit happen!)
FOR A WEEK
Dance between steps 1 and 2.
Sit down tonight (or tomorrow night if you're reading this later) & make a list of ways that you're going to work on your mindset and make a list of actions you'll take.
Mindset work looks like:
Reading
Finding someone to talk to
Meditating
Emotional Freedom Technique
Journaling
Reflecting
Taking action looks like:
Working out
Having hard conversations
Walking away
Consistency in your healing modalities
Gaining momentum in your career
Realizing the things you want out of life and DOING them
The ultimate challenge is being honest with yourself about what you've been avoiding & being honest about what you need to do.
you can literally do anything for 1 week.
Once the week is over, reflect on how you feel and decide if you want this to be a permanent thing.
Keep yourself accountable and write me back your plan of attack!
