Have The Courage To Let Go Of Your Plans

Last week I had the most relieving message from God:

Drop your plans, disconnect, step away from your work, step away from the grind and take some time to tune back into your truth/power.

Burn the plows that you've been working on a.k.a let go of ALL of the work that you've put in so you can start with fresh new energy.

THIS WAS SCARY. I THRIVE off of planning every single detail/moment of my life but I ultimately knew it was necessary...

I honestly needed the time away from everything and let's be real;

I know better than to ignore the intense messages I get from God.

So I deleted social media from my phone, stopped working on the projects I have on my to-do list, and dove into some much-needed rest, relaxation and refinement. (Still doing this btw)

I knew that once I deleted social media from my phone, God was going to be taking me on a journey of expansion.

With every journey of expansion comes purging and letting go.

I knew that something was about to change within me, and for the better.

I just had to surrender.

I had to say

"Okay God, I trust you. I will stop my plans so I can see YOUR plans."

"I will drop my plans so I can HEAR what YOU are calling me to do."

I kid you not, an hour after surrendering, I got a vision that not only takes me personally to the next level but takes my goals to the next level.

You see,

9 times out of 10, we make plans for our life based on the limitations and old outdated programming that we hold within us.

We make plans that cater to our dysfunction rather than catering to our highest self.

Our plans 'seem' great on the outside, but often, our plans are really enhancing the need for validation, insecurity, fear, and uncertainty we have within us because we haven't dealt with the shit that is within us.

Most of us have lost our substance for life.

We are grinding and or staying the same because of our inability to tap into God's vision for us. We are tapping into the vision that our trauma and programming gave us for life:

Struggle and mediocrity.

We can't hear or see the greater vision for life if we are consumed with micromanaging every detail of our life.

We can't hear or see the greater vision for life if we are consumed with chasing an idea of success instead of embodying the success God has for us.

Mind you, you don't have to be religious or super spiritual to realize that the energy that created our universe has a lot more power than we have.

So as we step into a new week, I want you to slow down.

If slowing down scares you, then it's the PERFECT thing for you to do.

I want you to slow down and go within yourself. Ask yourself why you are doing the things you are doing.

Are you going through life living in accordance with a higher vision, or are you going through life living in accordance with your own internal drama & dysfunction?

Surrender your plans to God (or whatever you believe in) & say:

"I make room for you to work your magic in my life."

"I drop my plans so I can see YOUR plans."

Our mediocre plans are NOTHING to what God has for us, we just have to be still and open enough to receive the vision.

This isn't to say that you can't have what you want because that is far from the truth.

Your desires and dreams are God's desires and dreams, we just need God to help fill in the gaps.

Tuning into God's plan doesn't always seem "practical". It requires us to let go of societal standards, stop listening to the people in our life, and SEE beyond what meets the eye.

Your greatness is waiting for you, you just need to drop your plans to see the greatest plan and take action that is in alignment with Gods plan.
