Mind Your Business

Writer's picture: Anita AmonAnita Amon

I thought I would drop in and remind you to mind your fucking business this week!

I started saying this to myself a few months ago and it's completely changed my life/my focus/and my peace.

I gave myself permission to mind my fucking business.

We all struggle with comparison, especially with social media...

I however was falling into it hard.

Doubt left and right.

One day I got so tired of how the comparison was lowering my energetic set point I said out loud to myself "mind your fucking business girl... damn"

Then I got off my phone for the rest of the day...

ever since then, the habit of looking at other people's lives has continued to fade away.

In fact, I feel damn good living my life and have been creating SO MUCH every day.

I want the same for you.

Comparing does NOTHING for you.

NOTHING... If you could name 5 uplifting things comparing does - what would it be?

I bet you, you can't come up with a good feeling reason.

So stop it.

Comparing takes away your energy, your confidence, your creativity, your abundant state

What's that leaving for you?

Some shitty emotions...

Distraction from being able to take responsibility for your life.

Taking away energy from you being able to intentionally create a life that feels good.

How do you stop comparing? YOU STOP.

You make the intentional decision to say "fuck off" to that unproductive habit of separating yourself from... yourself and your life...

Get up and do something for yourself, mind your business on the way there!

Make this week, the start of an amazing shift!
