You have to stop waiting until you no longer feel the need to self-sabotage, the self-sabotage will never let you feel ready.
I am going to be real with you. I have done my fair share of self-sabotage.
I've always been very motivated, but I have also let many self-doubts keep me from being unstoppable and living in my power.
I've lived the cycle of self-sabotage for many years, even knowing my gifts and talents.
This is why I can tell you that you can't wait until you no longer feel the need to self-sabotage in order to move forward and make different decisions for yourself.
YOU have to decide that you are ready for more and commit to it.
You have to be the one that consciously pushes yourself out of the comfort of playing it small.
Self-sabotage comes in MANY different ways.
Always being tired,
Always looking for distraction,
Always avoiding the thing that you need to get done,
Pushing people away,
Staying in relationships that don't serve you,
Letting yourself compromise on things that REALLY matter most to you.
Self-sabotage is a tricky bitch because our mind is a tricky bitch.
We get really good at manipulating ourselves.
That is why we can't always play the nice cop with ourselves.
Sometimes,
We do have to step up and play the bad cop to force ourselves out of the patterns we live in.
Most of the time we do have to have a hard look in the mirror and realize that we are the reason our life is not moving forward because we are self-sabotaging and stuck in the pattern of it.
Always scrolling,
Always drinking,
Always partying,
Always smoking,
Always needing to search for something on the outside regardless if it is validation or some type of distraction.
You have to get tired of the 'always' and discover the possibilities of something new.
I know you want it for yourself or else you wouldn't be reading this email.
You have to stop waiting until you feel ready to stop sabotaging your life because you will literally sabotage your beautiful life away and settle for a mediocre one.
It's your time to rise up and this post is your sign to snap out of it. So let's get to fucking work baby.
p.s. when I say stop playing it small, I really mean to stop playing in limitation. I don't care how big or how small you want your life to be, if it's what YOU want, it's time to follow through with it.
